Has anyone created a staff directory report with photos that they would like to share?

Thanks

Ok, has anyone figured a way to det the health immunization data back out of Powerschool. We have imported all our health immunizations into PoerSchool from our old custom screens and now can not print a report with dates. Trying to be a bit proactive before I break the news on this to the High School. I had heard we may be able to do this with SQL. Anyone have an idea or is this another sit and wait game?

I have copied and pasted the immunizations to get them to print off.

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a report that will pull all login

and passwords for all kids in a single family rather than printing a single

report for each kid. Looking at sending a mailing home for the family with

instructions for the single sign on. Would be great to have a single report to

pull all from a family. Not sure if anyone has done this or not. I am sure we

can export and group them together, but it sure would be nice to print a single

letter off to send to each family.

I am hoping that with PowerSchool 7 more things are tied together with family information.

Family Lunch Accounts
Family Mailings
Family Login Information

We are currently wanting to set up elementary report cards for Grades K-2.   We need something similiar to  this:

Knows Letters
Reads with Expression, etc

The report cards we can create, but how do you set up your teacher gradebooks?   Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Go to PowerSource>Communities and look for Standards Reporting Lower Elementary. It will walk you right through it.

Thanks Peggy

When a student transfers into our school and brings a transcript with them, many of the courses don't match up with our course.  I remember in the past there was a way to enter a generic "Transferred Class" and then in description put the name of the course.   This puts the name of the course from the other school on the transcript and in Historical Grades.   It also saves you from having to create a new course in your courses table.  Right now we are way over the limit with courses and I'm trying to clean up some things and making things more standard.

If anyone knows those steps to creating a generic Transferred Class, I would appreciate knowing.

Thanks

1 Response to "Historical Grades-Transfer Students"

I've had to do this several times. I just go into Historical Grades and do either the Single Entry or Multiple when I'm doing a whole transcript, then you can type any Course Name into that entry, it doesn't have to match any of your current courses. I haven't had any problem loading Transfer Student's Historical grades in from their other schools. Not sure if that helps but just thought I'd relay that on.
