I want to try publishing our semester 1 grades but only want the High School's.  If I go to the High School, Nebraska Ed-Fi, publish Student Course Grades, will it publish only the High School or all Semester 1 grades in the District?  Has anyone successfully published grades yet?
Thanks for your help,

I was able to publish grades by individual schools within the district.

Bev,
We were able to publish had some issues (we had turned off Grades and didn't even know it) all worked fine.  Yes, by doing it at the High School only the High school will publish.

Suzanne

Thank you.  This worked.  Now to work through the dependencies.

We are in the process of implementing Clever in our district.  Clever wants an admin account with read only access to DDE.  I feel this is a huge security risk.  How do other districts send data to Clever?

Thanks for any input,

We use Clever and we have given them an account.  Have had no issues with them it has been at least 3 years.

Is anyone else having a problem running the 2017-2018 CRDC report?  Every time I run the report, it fails.  Is there something I am missing?  I am leaving the populated fields as is:  Fall Count Date 10/1/2017 and School Year 2017-2018  I checked with another school district and their report is running fine. We are PowerSchool 12.1.1
Thanks!

We've hired several study hall moderators in the past couple of years. They moderate study halls and occasionally sub for teacher if s/he has to leave in the middle of the day.

I realized today that these study hall moderators have access to students' Quick Lookup screens (and grades) since they are set up with "Teacher" access in PowerSchool. They wanted to be able to log in to PowerTeacher for attendance and the seating charts.

Should these study hall moderators have access to students' grades and Quick Lookup screens? None of them are certified teachers. Is this a FERPA violation? Do any of you use study hall moderators? If so, what kind of access do they have? TIA
